Your satisfaction is important to us, that is why we offer this 100% satisfaction guarantee. The product must be returned within 14 days, a claim must be made within 3 business days from receiving the order.
Before making a return please make sure all original packaging is undamaged and unopened. We consider the bag the hinges/latches are in the original packaging, not the shipping box. Damaged or opened packaging (excluding the shipping box) will not be accepted (but may be eligible for a 50 percent salvage refund). Once we receive your return it will be inspected for damage or tampering. If your return passes inspection, your credit card will be refunded the amount of your invoice less the shipping and a 15% ($5 minimum) restocking fee unless the salvage refund applies. To ensure your return arrives please ship using UPS so you can obtain a tracking number and delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost packages that have no proof of delivery. Damaged Goods
We guarantee that the product left our premesis undamaged. In the instance that we determine the item left our premesis damaged, we will replace the item free of charge. If your product arrives damaged, please try to resolve the issue with the shipping company. If you are unable to get a fair result, please contact us and we will contact the shipping company on your behalf. In either case, please return the merchandise to us so we can replace the product. Warranty
The products from D&D Technologies (ie Magna Latch, Lokk Latch, Tru Close, Multi Fit, Lokk Bolt, Gate Stop, Gate Handle, Forte & Z-Lokk) come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Before making a claim be sure that your hardware was installed according to the factory installation instructions and that you have your original receipt. If you do not have the installation instructions, they can be obtained from our web store, //store.fencemax.com. If you do not have your original receipt you must obtain one from where you purchased your hardware.
